Order Changes & Exchanges

Please review your order carefully before confirming — including size, design, quantity, and shipping details. Due to our fast processing times, we cannot accommodate changes or exchanges for incorrect selections once the order is confirmed.

Canceling Orders

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of placement.
A 10% cancellation fee of the total order value will apply.
Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed or shipped.

5. Return Policy

You may return an item within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period, all sales are final, and refunds are not available.

Conditions for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The received design differs from what was ordered
  • You received the wrong product, size, or material
  • The item does not match the description

Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must:

  • Be in original condition and packaging
  • Not be worn, washed, or altered
  • Include original tags
  • Be defective due to our error (minor flaws like loose threads are not eligible)

  • Evidence of defects (photos/videos)
  • Screenshots of relevant communication if applicable

7. Return Shipping Costs
